I went here today and it was the best walk in clinic experience I’ve ever had. There was no one there, so no wait time. They played ambient soothing sounds in the waiting room while I filled out my info on an iPad. There were pristine rugs and wood floors and a flat screen TV in every room. The doctor saw me quickly and listened to my symptoms. I was prescribed antibiotics I needed and was out of there very quickly. The doctor said if I had any more trouble to call back and we can work on a solution. Everyone was nice and pleasant
I rarely write a review, except when something is quite worth to mention! To make a long story short, I am receiving care in a clinic. Yesterday, as the pain got quite intense, the nurse of the clinic advised me over the phone to check in ER or urgent care near me for some test to be done. At Partners urgent care, I had an amazing experience with Cynthia Dunn, a nurse practitioner who really cares about her patient. After testing, we did not get an answer to explain the intense pain but she did not let me go until she got hold of my Doctor at the clinic and guided me to the next step. Cynthia is very sweet, professional, and genuinely cares about others.
Both the front desk associate as well as the NP and NP student were very friendly and helpful. The NPs took my concerns seriously, which was appreciated. The exam rooms were geared toward patient comfort and I felt much more at ease than I typically do in a medical office. I'm glad to have such a nice urgent care clinic in the neighborhood!
Tldr; Great staff, long wait. The staff I interacted with were kind, knowledgeable, and considerate. The woman I checked in with greeted me and had me record info with an iPad. The program on the iPad was definitely wonky and needs work. Then I had to wait two hours to be brought in and about another 15 minutes to be seen. This is my main frustration. The nurse that took my vitals was nice and dimmed the lights as soon as I named light sensitivity as a symptom. Was very happy with her. The NP Cynthia Dunn that helped me out was great and ended up being bang on with the diagnosis. Gave me a prescription and it helped a whole lot. Was also happy with her. Will come back because of the great staff. Hope the waiting time is shorter next time though.
Partners Healthcare has the worse customer service and online account system I have ever experienced. I'd rather have to deal with my cable company than ever deal with them again. I had a test done on 2/10/19, but never received the results and they sent the bill to my parents even though I gave them my address and specifically told them to mail to that address. When I tried to make an account to hopefully see my results and then pay my bill, the website said I needed an activation code which I did not have, so I put in a request for one. After a few days I got an email back saying I could not make an account because my address wasn't on file. So I tried calling to sort out the matter. I was sent to the billing department and that woman was very nice, fixed my address listed, and told me to call the office location I went to to get my test results. When I called the partners urgent care, the woman didn't listen to me and transferred me back to billing! I was livid! So I called again, where the same woman argued with me saying my issue was regarding billing and I had to yell over her for her to listen to me - I wanted my test results. She proceeded to put me on hold. And then my call was dropped. I called back 3 times and each time was forwarded to their voicemail box. On my fourth call, the receptionist picks up and when I told her my call was dropped she goes, "really?" - she had no recollection of talking to me twice already. She told me the physician I saw was in that day and would call me back about my test results. Guess what - she never called. Three months after my visit, I received my second bill for my visit and the tests done in the office. I'm completely fine with paying for the visit but I refuse to pay for the external lab culture done that I have yet to see the results. I have since gone to other healthcare services and my health concern has been resolved. So on 4/16/19 I decided to submit a contact form via their website about this since calling has seemed to get me no where. There was absolutely no response from this form - only an automatic confirmation email telling me my submission was received. Finally on 5/22/19 I mustered up enough effort to try to deal with this again. I have paid for my office visit and my concern about my lack of test results has been escalated to a patient advocate. The two people I talked to were very nice and helpful. I am told the patient advocate will call me back, but I'm very skeptical at this point. It's 7/22/19 now and I never received a call back as I was promised and I have just paid the bill because I give up dealing with such a terrible company with terrible consumer service and follow through. Never will I go to a Partners Urgent Care again and I will tell everyone I know about the ridiculous ordeal I've been through.
It was a very long wait over 2 hours after they estimated 1 hour to see a healthcare professional with just 3 people in the waiting room on a Saturday afternoon. Their front desk staff seemed untrained for the job not a customer service demeanor, and discussed patient health care information loudly in front of others. Their iPad system to sign in was hard to use and asked for tons of personal and seemingly irrelevant information to a strep test. It felt like they were just using me for data. No one in the waiting room said anything to complain, but a higher-up, who did not introduce himself, came in and made a long formulaic apology about the computers that just felt disingenuous and a bit patronizing. The nurse and care providers both did a good job once I saw them. Next time I will try minute clinic or wait to see my primary care provider.
I checked into Urgent Care here for the first time today. I wish I had known about the location sooner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most of the time when I go to a walk-in clinic, I feel rushed by the nurse/doctor when I try to ask questions. The NP answered all of my questions and made sure I was 100% good to go.
Great Urgent Care facility. All of the nurses were kind and helpful, listened to symptoms and concerns. Wait time was very short and check in was swift and easy. Lobby and exam was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.
This place is absolute worst among the different urgent care facilities I have visited in my life. Terrible wait times 2hrs despite the fact that they had only 3 three! patients checked in. Even the staff at the reception desk agreed that this was unacceptable and inexplicable. Then, they sent me one of the most outrageous medical bills for a simple office visit saw the NP for about 5 mins. Bad service + outrageous price = unhappy customer.
The establishment is nice but the staff is extremely rude. I was explaining my symptoms to the nurse and she was very condescending. I understand that you can’t prescribe medicine for a viral infection but at the very least you can listen and try to be compassionate. So I basically paid to have them tell me there’s nothing they can do and to get belittled...great.
