Incompetent management and staff with pathetic customer service. Two years in a row, wife prepaid for birthday balloons several days in advance and each time, processing of the request had not even begun at scheduled pick up time. Upon initial occurrence, made the mistake of waiting 45 minutes for them to be ready. A year later, wisely decided to get a refund and shop elsewhere. This speaks volume for ineptness of store management. Moreover, young persons employed at the store are either socially awkward or completely untrained by management how to deal with the public! Remainder of stock at store is cheap quality and not worth purchasing. Will definitely be sharing our negative experience with Party City corporate office, in addition to others at various social media venues. Highly recommend all others shop elsewhere as we have done.

Comprehensive store that covers most major holidays year round. One of the few retailers that has supplies for those throwing a holiday themed party (think "Xmas in July") months away from the actual holiday date. Items can run a bit on the expensive side, especially those in high demand. It's a good place to shop for last minute themed and non-themed items at the last minute. Unlike local stores, the themed merchandise doesn't disappear from the shelves immediately before or after a holiday.

Excellent customer service! 👌👋 The store is very clean, organized, and customer friendly. I was able to get in and out with exactly what I needed, nothing more or less. Price was affordable.

Good staff but limited inventory. Old and dark building.
