Party City

Poorly managed. Walked into a store with a very unfriendly staff. I understand it's Saturday morning and you guys just opened, but you can try to fake at so kind of customer service. Three people behind the counter looked at me liked I was crazy when I asked for help with balloons (after standing at the register for a few minutes completely ignored).

The majority of items listed available in store on the website were not in stock. When I asked if the numerous boxes could hold the items I was looking for I was told they were for a different aisle even though they were all marked with a list of the items and no they weren't all for that aisle. Get some employees that are actually helpful.

I've been here on a few occasions. It is pretty much set up like every other party City. They have a wide variety of themes and holidays, Halloween costumes, and balloons of every kind. The worst part is basically the very difficult to utilize check out which was clearly laid out by somebody that can't comprehend how people move in a space. Also staff isn't particularly friendly or helpful. Overall it does what it is meant to do as a party specialty store well otherwise not anything great.
