Party City

This is a nice place for party supplies and costumes. We had gone to another Halloween store and the store was almost empty, Target had zero adult costumes and this store still ended up having some costumes on short notice. The service was very quick. The line checking out was very fast they had 4 or 5 registers. It's a pretty small party city but still have a good selection of party items. Ended up buying an Americana men's Halloween costume and fedora. It was pretty reasonably priced too compared to the other Halloween shop Spirit Halloween.

Easy to locate. Many of the isles we shop were either very low or no stock available. Nice sales person on the sales floor doing their best to work on a large freight shipment they received. A few more hands on the floor could have helped process the shipment on the floor. Store was clean, just too many out of stocks.

I went to this party city to get a gender reveal confetti popper that it said online was available for in store pick up. Once I got there. They were completely sold out of the girls and only had blue. There were absolutely no associates on the floor or no where to be found other then a very nice lady who was doing it ALL behind the counter.. she answered phones, was blowing up balloon orders AND checking the long line of people out. I can hear on her walkie talkie there were other associates there but no one ever came up and helped her. I had to wait in a line of 8 ppl just for her to help me. She was so extremely nice and when I told her I needed the pink popper looked up the sku and she went and doubled check above the gender reveal area and they were there. She said they probably were scanned in wrong and unfortunately we didnt have them. She did show me a alternative popper that would work perfect for us. Even under all the pressure of doing everything her self she was still kind and help. Total shame on party city to have ONE associate for the entire store. I was there for well over a hr for a simple item. And the bathrooms were DISGUSTING. One stall had no toilet paper in it. The garbage were over flowing in both stalls and there was feces on one toilet. Totally not sanity and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. I wish I had caught the lovely ladies name to put on here but she had braids and wore glasses. She was the only thing that was pleasant on this trip.

Was followed and watched the entire time I was in there with my kids... made me feel like I was doing something wrong and mind you my lids and I came in all clean and dressed in nice clean clothes giving no reason for them to think we were theifs

These were not my original ballon’s I only got one $10 dollar Mickey Mouse ballon that popped twice. I came in ready to pay for another one and I did the &4 difference for a Ballon to add my sons name. Well I was wondering what was taking so long for one balloon when then the manager Joselyn comes out with $60 worth of balloons for my boy. I never do ratings but if you need to go to Party City come to this one. Mia works in the front great service as well.

Party City has the most party supplies with any store around. This particular location is okay, that'll be a little messy.

Packed but great for last minute decorations..

I placed an online order on 02/04/22, for delivery on Wednesday night 02/09/22, because I was having a luncheon at work Thursday and I leave to work early. My order was never delivered. I made several attempts to reach someone and left messages. To this day I have not been contacted, nor been offered an apology and have not been reimbursed. I had to scramble on Thursday morning and Party City in Glendale came through. Their delivery person forgot part of my order so they sent the rest by Uber to ensure I received it before the start of the luncheon.

Joyclyn was super helpful putting together balloons for dads 80th surprise party. She has outstanding customer service skills and would recommend her to anyone looking for your party needs. Thank you for making a dads day so memorable
