Store was packed with inventory. Large selection of Halloween items right now. From the small to the oversized. Big selection for your DIY party goers. Pretty much it has decorations for all types of gatherings. From kids parties to wedding ceremonies and everything in between. Along with a big assortment of greeting cards. Pricing is reasonable but not discounted. Large selection of balloons fir any occasion. Parking lot is large so not difficult in finding a parking space.

My son and I went the day before Halloween. The employees even though they were super busy were friendly and full of smiles as they welcomed every customer who came through the door. They were sold out accessories 4 costumes. Also on accessories make your own costume instead of buying a package costume. But my son was able to get the items he needed so I could make him a Vodoo witch doctor. He had a half mask and my husband was able to put a face mask inside of the skull mask so he was covid complaint. He was able to get 6 lb of candy trick-or-treating during a pandemic. So if you want more selection definitely go in earlier in the month for more choices. So in the photo if my son I purchased the gold hat, the half skull mask, the fingerless bone gloves that glow in the dark, and the make up. Which I did myself. Also this year they gave you make up tutorials on their website. Which was helpful since he had a Halloween party on the 30th. With the tutorial he was able to do his own make up.

Needs a larger selection for god sakes it's sad that the modern dollar tree is catching up to them in selection. Basically more unique stuff for said events.

They always have what I need. Staff is always very friendly. This location is very big compared to other locations. Highly recommend.

We went there to buy some seasonal decorations, this place has so much variety. It’s bigger than any other party store I ever been.

Ok so I was heading to a wedding not prepared and without a gift and I stopped at TJ MAX and purchased a beautiful decorative plate. Now, I needed help getting it gift wrapped and headed over to Party City for help. I proceeded and asked a young lady if she would gift wrap the plate for me and she said no, as I was about to walk out I saw another young gal and asked, she proceeded to inform she would help wrap gift provided I purchased the wrap paper and bow strings. She, Luciana B., went out of her way to help me and did a great job, while at the same time helping other customers, and completed her wrapping for me. Thank you, Ms. Luciana, you are a great example in customer service. Much appreciated... :

I place and order to surprise my son and April 21 I was thinking Going to be beautiful and professional specially Because I spent $139 But not ballon arrangements was horrible balloons was desínflate arrangements was separated Not only that I purchase a holder bear for my balloons and it bring it to him separately in a plastic ugly back they supposed help and processing with my full refund and nothing happens

Since when do Party City stores turn off most lights, which makes the store look like it is closed, and shut off helium tanks 15 mins prior to closing? A complete waste of people's time and gas - they should make this policy known so that people know they do not offer any balloon services 15 mins before closing.

I’m at party kingdom at the moment and I for one am not happy. If you plan to book a party you might want to reconsider. The party is set for two rooms of play for forty-five minutes each and one hour in the food room and no jumping after the party is over!!!! Placemat are old and with holes and you cannot decorate, they decorate for you because they don’t want tape on their walls
