Party City

Lots of variety and the staff was very friendly! Would definitely recommend this branch. Went when it was closing time but they still accommodated me without making me feel like it was a big deal.

The whole Party Joke at Party City is how the workers are so slow…. Seems like they are doing a competition to be the least helpful possible… here’s actual pictures…. Advice, go somewhere else if you don’t have a good hour or two in front of you.

I order my Halloween things and kids birthday decorations from here every year for delivery and they always call you to confirm your order and deliver it on time. They so helpful and genuinely nice and if your missing something, they'll replace it, no questions asked. This customer service is very appreciated! Thank you Cassandra and all the other staff there, Yall are great!

Amazing shop, Huge choice I couldn’t decide, definitely I know how too dress for party!! I took my costume for Halloween back to France and every body was jealous! Thank you for that experience :

The store had a problem with my pick up order and was unable to contact me, but regardless their system sent me a notice that my order was ready for pickup. The manager was patient and truly went above and beyond to rectify this situation when I arrived with my children. The counter staff were also professional and helpful with their impeccable service this morning.

Update 8/1 I spoke with store manager Josh who was extremely helpful and polite. Thank you very much for helping me resolve this issue, and for your understanding. Absolutely horrible. I do not typically write reviews, but I will share this experience. I placed an online balloon order & they were supposed to be delivered at our restaurant from 5-7pm I was hosting an event. I arrived at 7:30 and was informed they were never delivered. I called and spoke with a gentlemen last night who gave the absolute worst customer service. He told me my order was a pick up and that I canceled it.. it was supposed to be delivered and I NEVER canceled my order. He said it was not the store and blamed the customer instead of trying to resolve the issue. I had to ask what they could do for me and to please deliver the balloons. He said the balloons would be delivered right away took my address etc and they never came, likely did it on purpose.

Really good location in NYC. Very well equipped and accurate as to what was listed on the website as available. Super helpful woman on the staff was knowledgeable about where things were and openly helpful. Sorry I didn't get her name!

Bad selection. Disorganized. Only two staff members working the register with 40+ customers in line. Plenty of other employees here just standing around. One woman is working multiple registers which really shouldn’t be necessary based on how many people are working here

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Do not entrust Party City with any delivery orders. They used Shipt as a third party delivery service and try to blame Shipt for any errors that occur. My order was never picked up despite me receiving a “Delivered” email. Rather than call me or find another way to deliver the balloons, party city did nothing. I called to see where the order was TWICE, and Party City claimed that an Uber was coming both times. The Uber never arrived. Don’t bother with this place — go somewhere more reliable where you won’t have to check in multiple times to receive your order.

I decided to surprise my wife, I was trying to order online but they didn't have a early delivery window. So I went to the store where Denise help me out and her manager. It was a fun and funny event for the hour they did the balloons.
