Great job on my 300+ balloon order for New Years. The manager and staff were so helpful!
Very clean and neat. Inventory a little short. Prices a little high, customer service is good and plenty of parking.
I just left this location about 10 minutes ago and had the worst customer service experience ever! I came to the store to return an item. I saw two employees at register 5 in the balloon area. The front registers were not open. I heard one of the employees, which I did not get her name, say register 5 was open. Just as I was about to be helped by the employee named Vanessa, she tells me that she needs to get an order for another customer, which I was totally okay with. She comes back from getting the order for that customer and just as she was about to help me again, she says that there was another customer ahead of me and she needed to help her first. In my mind, I was wondering why the other employee would say that register 5 was open and basically available for me to return my item if it wasn't. The other customer that Vanessa stated that she had to help first needed balloons blown. It seemed like this customer was a friend of Vanessa and Vanessa was taking her sweet time blowing these balloons for this customer as the other employee was on their phone. All I needed to do was to return one item!!! So, I asked the other employee who was on their phone if she could assist me with returning my item and if there was another register open. She said no, I needed to wait for Vanessa and left. Literally no apology, NOTHING. I couldn't figure out why this employee couldn't blow these balloons for Vanessa so that Vanessa could help me return my one item. Vanessa took about 5-8 minutes blowing these balloons up. When it finally became my turn to return my item, Vanessa did not apologize for the wait or anything. I was waiting in the store for about 15-20 minutes just for Vanessa to take 2 minutes to complete my return. She then had the audacity to tell me to complete the survey about my experience, which I am about to do and also leave a negative review. I returned my item and said thank you, which I really shouldn't have because it was the worst customer service experience. As I was leaving, I heard Vanessa tell the customer after me, "Sorry for the wait". Are you kidding me?!?! I let her help out two customers before she helped me, and I don't even get an apology or anything! This is ridiculous!
We love shopping at this party city. The ballon station has wonderful service. Staff are very patient, friendly and nice. Delivery is so on time! Definitely go back again.
The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the store had all the decorations we needed for our daughters party. However the customer service was non existent. We went on Sunday afternoon around 4:30 and the guy working there was rude, and disrespectful. He didn't show us where to check out we had to finally ask where to go because no registers were opened. His tone was rude and he never once said have a good day, or thank you for coming. And for spending 140$ on decorations it would've been nice to be acknowledged or treated like a paying customer should be treated. We won't be shopping at this location anytime soon.
It's a bustling establishment, especially this time a year. Didn't find exactly what I was looking for, but I did find something close.
The workers are great they were closed and doors locked, but they allowed us to come in and shop. We founded what we needed the right colors and great prices. When we had looked everywhere else now my first go to for party goods.
I've been delivering for a company for about a month and a half, going to party city and has been very easy. I went there on Sunday. It started off that there was an issue opening up by the manager, then not many orders had been filled yet. I picked up my first order and told them I'd be back for the other order that was on top to be blown up. I returned and a woman who was holding the order paperwork was very rude and said to the employee that I had to wait when no one was waiting, for balloons to be picked up. A gentleman that was there my first visit said he tried calling for over an hour and no answer so he drove down. I was there Saturday and it was much busier and no issues. Sunday was just a show
went to go get a costume tonight and it looked like the store was looted. Costumes all over the floor everything open. store was a complete mess. Went at 10 pm and heard an employee say just wait till closing to restock meanwhile there was nothing left. Why he open then? Countless employees just walking around the costumes on the floor and not even picking them up. Terrible experience said online they were in stock and employees said they couldn’t get it for us. Terrible experience dirty and seemed like no one was working here do not come here. Waste of time disappointment of a store. How is this place even open?
