Very cool store! Staff was so helpfully by going out of their way to help me location some stuff II needed! Store was well stocked and clean! Big selection of ideas for a party!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered balloons and the person who helped me went out of her way to make sure the balloons stayed inflated for my event. The sales clerk also gave me a discount on an open bag of balloons.

Trying to order balloons, the line was crazy long so I asked an associate that was in the isle for help and basically she told me to wait in line and eventually someone would help me. She never offered to come and help. Two girls on the registers and 10 people in line.

If you’re shopping for a Halloween costume for yourself or a child DO NOT go to Party City in Mandeville! I just left from this location and received some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I took my nieces to look for a Halloween costume and as most children, they couldn’t just try on one and be done. They had some different options that they wanted to try on. At first when they were trying on costumes there was no issue. As time went on, the extremely rude worker in the costume room shook his head at the girls and said “y’all are only suppose to try on one costume at a time but whatever...!” Which was fine, we did not mind following these rules. As time went on and they wanted to try on different ones, the same guy became more and more rude! He said as we were in the fitting room, “they aren’t done yet?! They have already tried on 4!” At that point one of my nieces asked if they could still look since we had not found one, I said “no! We are going to look for the manager!” We never got the manager, as he was already gone but we told the girls up front of the experience and that we would NOT be purchasing our costumes here! Shopping for a costume should be a fun experience for kids, but instead they left upset because of the guy in the back. They couldn’t understand why he was being so rude to them. If you don’t like working with people, don’t be in customer service!!!!

Good selection but not enough costumes in other sizes. They are very small and limited. However, I love shopping around here and the Halloween decor is awesome
