Party City

Big chain store. Staff no help at all. I asked about a specific item and she said look on an aisle. I said I looked and didn't find that item. She said we must be out and I showed her it said they had stock. She did not come with me to that aisle evven when I asked her to. I did find what I was looking for in another section but no thanks to her.

Horribly long wait times to checkout due to their policy of asking for email addresses. They literally took 5 minutes trying to ascertain the email address of a spanish speaking customer. The language barrier caused an undue delay and the guy was only buying some loose candy! PARTY CITY, PLEASE SCRAP THE EMAIL QUERY FROM THE CHECKOUT PROCESS WHEN THE LINES GET BACKED UP!

Last year around Halloween 2 young girls working there last year were rude, not helpful and rolled their eyes at a lady for simply asking where she could find something. Also constantly cursing (in front of children) & complaining about their boss & a co worker. I wish I had their names because this is a really great store to go too.

Short on theme variety limited creative party items good amount of balloons.
