Party City

Came in for some balloons for my aunt and I really couldn’t figure out a good pink array of balloons and I can’t remember the sweet lady that helped me out put she made a beautiful arrangement of 12 balloons for me if she’s not the manager she should be one soon and she’s in the photos just didn’t get her name but I will return because that was great customer service for sure!!

I went last minute for Halloween costume accessories. While a lot was sold out understandably I still found some helpful items as did my wife. The line at the register was long but it moved quickly. Very impressed with how they handled the packed store. I'll definitely return when I need party or costume supplies.

Had to come here for a work project. Found what I needed in the last minute and it was super busy. Got in and out with the quickness.

I go here for my costumes and some party/craft supplies that are hard to find. The reason for the heafty star deduction was I bought a Mrs Claus costume. It was opened and the attendant assured me it was just someone trying it on so ok paid full price. Fast forward to family pictures and I keep getting a whiff of bad BO. It took a few for me to realize the costume REEKED even after its initial wash! I had to use my trusty PitStop and two additional washes to get the stench out. Once I noticed the smell, I saw there was staining on the skirt. They came out with a quick spray and wash. But seriously, you put something like that back on the shelf and sold it at full price?!

Went to get wedding reception supplies, not a lot of choices compared to themed parties. I would like to think that a wedding would fall in line of a theme . Went to hobby lobby, they had some great ideas

Love the store, but they the actual company needs to work on the website. I was going to order online several items and pick up in store. They said they didn't have the one in stock. So instead I went in and looked around and they actually had a whole end cap full of them. That is really my only complaint.

The display of their halloween decorations at the entrance of the building is awful. As a parent with small children I find it despicable having to walk by a bloody lady screaming as soon as you walk in. The screams echo through the building even if you get past it. There should be a little more discernment on Party city’s part on what and where a decoration like that is placed. I went in for party supplies and quickly had to turn around and leave.

I went back in September for my sons bday balloons I had gotten the balloons online per usual didn’t need to show my purchase same balloons that were on the wall had got them filled with no issue fast forward to now November I took my daughter balloons there to get filled only to be told by THE SAME PPL that I need to show a receipt which I didn’t have to prove I bought them online but had the SAME EXACT BALLOONS ON THE WALL and I did purchase from party city website Dorinda the manager said “ you not gon get nothing filled unless we see a receipt” nasty attitude then tried to charge me $36 for helium lol I gladly went down the street to Walmart and purchased my own helium tank for $20 and blew up all my balloons poor customer service cause she could’ve kept her attitude to herself wanch

We get our orders filled here at least twice a year and it's great that they offer everything in one spot

Very slow and unorganized. I had a curbside order and ended up having to go inside to pick up my items because no one ever came out! Went inside & no one was at the pick up counter so had to wait again!
