Staff is so helpful. Can get balloons done in a timely manner, even when you forgot to call ahead or order ahead. I was super behind with my daughter’s birthday party planning. They helped me out. Also, was able to pick up decorations for her cake as Sams forgot to give us the form for her unicorn on her cake!

Friendly staff but balloon order was not ready at scheduled pick up time. Made for a slight delay in the schedule.
