Party Paradise

Came into the store with my girlfriend on 9/29 (Friday), - little past 630 pm to buy some Halloween decorations. Upon entering the store we were greeted with what I thought was exceptional customer service, that quickly turned into annoyance and surveillance. I told both associates who approached us that we were looking for Halloween decorations. During the total 10-15 minutes we were there, we were asked if we needed help over 5 times by the same two people. Both middle aged, one with gray/white hair, the other had brown hair and a beard. I strongly feel that because of our age we were being profiled. If you can't afford security cameras, harassing customers that are obviously shopping is a sure fire way to lose revenue. Had I not been in a light rush, I wouldn't have made a purchase. Upon leaving I discovered they overcharged me $1 on the light up Skelton skull they sell in the front. Advertised for 9.99 in the store, but I was charged 10.99. Most of their inventory is bought from Oriental Trading Company, which consumers can buy from directly, which I strongly suggest.

Full disclosure I do not have ties and do not get referrals from this establishment. That being said I have been a DJ for 7 years now and this place has by FAR the best value and fantastic service. They have a cheap room to rent that has a stage, lights and house PA!!! Love coming here to DJ because they make it easy on my customers and myself. I refer them frequently. 😀

Great selection and really friendly staff! The store is locally owned and it shows - it is much more welcoming than other corporate stores like Party City. I will definitely be back!

This place has terrible customer service! I bought plates that were way over priced and tried to return from the pervious day and they wouldn’t return with my receipt. Never will shop there again!
