Pick up was easy and drop off was easy also. The staff was friendly. I can't comment regarding the transaction because my sister put in the order. We've been using party pronto for a while now. Try them out and you might like them We love them .
I called Party Pronto at 10:30 am on 12/29/19, after the weather suddenly took a cold and windy turn, just prior to an indoor/outdoor coed baby shower we were hosting for 35 people at 2:00 pm on the same date. I spoke to Sue, asking if by chance they could help us out with a last minute delivery of a couple of outdoor patio heaters. Sue was patient, kind, understanding and courteous and arranged for delivery of the much needed heaters. In fact, the heaters were delivered and set up by noon, just 90 minutes after my rather desperate call for help. The delivery fellow was also courteous, efficient and professional. The heaters really saved the day, allowing our guests to be outdoors comfortably during the party. This was my first experience with Party Pronto. It certainly won’t be my last. Sue and the entire Party Pronto staff were terrific. They went above and beyond to help me out, and did so in a kind and professional manner. I’ll be using Party Pronto in the future for my party rental needs. I told many of the guests at the party about our fantastic experience with them. I’ve definitely made a new connection for my party rental needs. Thank you Sue, and everyone at Party Pronto.
I called spoke with rep Lady who answered the phone. I wouldn't say she was rude but she was very pushy and wouldn't let me finish what I was asking her. I didn't feel like she appreciated my business and couldn't get a word in to explain what I needed. It was a NO for me using their business.
Thief , unethical unprofessional and unconcerned over terrible service, rented a chocolate fountain, used their issued via e-mail instructions and fountain never worked, ruined desserts for daughters sweet 16, voiced my concern in person was told to leave will call me later, when I asked to speak to owner Luis he disregarded my complaint was unwilling to explain other than look at you tube, why send me emailed instructions that are not sufficient and YouTube is the relied upon instruction, horrible experience, completely dissatisfied point blank the guy was an a$$hole , he had my money so no reason to deal with me anymore wanted me out of the store Guy stole my money and ruined our dessert at party , thanks Pronto Party for the terrible experience

They are so nice here! You can rent a hilum tank, jumper and even a petting zoo all from here!
