Party USA

Went in to this store (at 8pm left at 8:08pm) to find a part for my nephews costume..... we didn't see anyone in the store.... but they were open. Walked around shouting "hello.... is anyone in here?" "Hello. Does anyone work here?" No answer. We saw one person an older gent ... who completely ignored us!!!! Won't ever go back!!!!!

Best party store in town. They are nice and helpful unlike other stores.

Love love love this place! Robin is always so great and friendly. Even when they are slammed they always manage to fit your needs in. Have bought countless balloons and party supplies here. They are exceptional in helping, staying in communication but best of they are super nice. It is always a great experience with these folks :)

If there was no stars, that would be my review. I have never seen such incompetence from a company in my entire life. I ordered the cutest troll banner for my daughter's birthday. The designer finally sent me a preview 5 days before her party while I was at work, I could barely answer any of his emails. He did not seem to listen at all to the order since it was not in the correct font or even the correct color but you know what, I settled since I had plenty of other things I was stressed out about. He sent me another preview, I didn't like that one any better than the first. I told him I'd rather have the first one just have it in time for when I'm picking up. He let me know that was not possible only after it was too late. That's nice, not only are you incapable of having previews for an order way ahead of time but you also can't inform your customers who you know have a deadline, since it's on the order sheet, know of any printing deadlines until its too late. I will never shop at this store again and inform every person I know of that. Good luck with no future business Party USA.

On their website says they have THOUSANDS of costumes, but if is not Halloween, be prepared to be disappointed, maybe you just can find ONE useful costume and only one size,the stores look like they are closing all the time and they don't even have a fitting room, employees are nice but if there is somebody ahead of you on the line to pay and they are buying balloons....is going to be a LONG wait to be attended.
