This place is a joke I bought an inflatable decoration last night, tried to blow it up today and found it has a hole in it right out of the box, went back to the store and they will not return the item they claim all sales are final, girl at the counter has attitude and was not helpful at all, finally she got a manger for me and the manager was at least helpful,and offered to exchange my item, they did not have anymore left so it was swapped out for something else I do not recommend shopping here

Kevin the manager is absolutely amazing. They've only been open on Ann for a short time but we've planned a few celebrations with him and his staff beautiful minds bringing our ideas to life for our children's events as well as our adult events. Professionalism is an understatement. The knowledge is what draws us back time and time again. We love the variety of events you can plan from there sales floor and catalogs. Kevin has trained these amazing sales professionals to create masterpieces from your thoughts.

I ordered 40 balloons in three colors they were supposed to be in threes but instead I received each color in each color group meaning all white, all blue, all silver it was a nightmare to divide them into threes. Okay there may have been a misunderstanding but when I sent someone to pick-up the balloons the driver said the young woman at Party USA that waited on her was rude. I know the person who picked up the balloons very well and if she said someone was rude it happened. I also want to point out that the extra lube I paid for is not worth it because the balloons had begun to deflate within 5 hours, they were picked up at 6:20 and by 10 they were going down. I had purchased some balloons earlier that week for a wedding from Party City and they are still up. Go figure

Brought in a specialty balloon to be filled and it only took a few minutes!! I will be back for all my future party and balloon needs.
