The overnight desk clerk, Marianna, was absolutely amazing!! Hobbling along on crutches embarrassed as can be,she never made me feel like a burden and held the door open for me so I could get by comfortably. Our room was clean and neat and the rest of the staff was really nice as well. I will be staying here again!
Brother accidentally booked one night for the day after we needed it, would absolutely not even try to help fix it, even though we were well within the 24 hour cancelation time frame. Instead hiked the price to rebook the night we needed. To top it all off breakfast was absolutely the last straw!
This was not a bad place to stay as it was clean, had hot & cold water and beds were comfortable. Staff were nice.
BED BUGS!!!! first night i was there i got all bit up!!! left with like 20 bites smdh!!! i told the frint desk in the middle of the night and she did not care! NOT ONE SORRY CAME OUT HER MOUTH! no refund or discount!
Wonderful staff, room was clean and spacious, they accept pets without a fee which is nice bc our fur baby travels with us everywhere. We did think it was closer to the water so that was the only downfall. We’d definitely stay again! :
Room was nice and clean but the A/c kept turning off by itself in middle of the night. We were able to remedy that. The pool was not clean but yet the representative said we could swim in it. The hot tub was dirtier and non functional. They should have just been honest and said no pool.
