No wait...the guy there gave me quality passport pics
It is a little shoe repair shop and has a little side job for passport pictures. They are great! You can't find anywhere for 2 passport pictures for only $4.5 and they care! Better than the ones I got from Walgreen which my skin color looked like a pumpkin!
I admire and respect someone who hustles on the side. The older gentleman waste no time and helping you taking the best passport photo without spending a fortune and doing it right professionally. $4.50 is worth it. Go get your pics taken by him. You will not be disappointed.
Excellent and fast service. Price is more than fair. I did 10 photos for $25 and for the same thing everywhere else they asked $150. You can bring your USB flash drive and print directly just make sure that photo is 2" x 2".

Got passport photos here and you essentially get what you pay for. A tad wrong angle, a tad wrong centering, a tad wrong cropping. Maybe it'll be good enough to be accepted, maybe not. All of these are easy to fix so hopefully it improves at some point.
I dropped in today to get passport photos and it could not have been easier. My photo was taken and printed in minutes.
