Have been buying custom doors and not custom doors for years. If you need a replacement door or new doors for your remodel or new construction, Pat's Doors is the place. Excellent prices, excellent construction of all doors in frames. I recently purchased two sets of double doors, hauled them 1,000 miles and installed them in my daughter's home. And yes for less than buying one set in her state... Thanks Pat's.

Professional services. Bring your old doors for templates they cut the hinges and door handle holes. Nices people. That's my 76 chevy truck.

Ordered a pre-hung door with a 7 1/8 jam and realized I had received a 7 5/8 jam when contractor began to put it in. He had to spend more time to cut it down to the right size and charged me more for install. Very disappointed in Pat's Doors.

Great front desk service; polite, responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. -> ordering doors for the average Jose' can be tricky. Codes, locksetS types they have good selection, entry vs interior, etc. Clerks are very understanding and can work with you ask questions!. -> very good prices and value! * alas, there seems to be a big "disconnect" between the front and the shop-warehouse. P.O. - order said one thing, door did not match. They are making every effort to correct. This is unfortunate and not a One Off. Have been buying here over the years... I will come back for sure but DOUBLE CHECK every aspect.

Such an amazing business!! I needed an interior door replaced and my realtor recommend Pat's doors. I live in Rio Rancho but I made the trip because they some so highly of this place. He did not want me to have to come all the way back down the following day so put a rush on it and it was done in under 20 min!! Super amazing customer service, priced fairly and over all extremely satisfied!

Good service and selection there. Very knowledgeable people who work there. The problem at the moment is that they are limited, due to Covid to 2 customers at a time. Despite the multiple signs on the door in English & Spanish, many customers ignored this, so while my wife waited outside, to obey the rules set by the Governor & CDC, several other customers just walked on in. When I mentioned this to James who was helping me, and asked if I could borrow the catalog to take outside to show my wife, he came outside and got us both and asked some of the less literate customers to please wait outside. It was his thoughtfulness and actions which turned our trip from one of mearly gathering information, to a purchase. Well done James, for providing excellent customer service in exceptionaly difficult times.

BEWARE! To continue this story in recent events, we STILL haven't received our doors! We ordered them on March 18th and was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks. We are now going on 2 months overdue, and still not in. Was told they were going to be in July 27 and guess what, still no doors! Now they told us another 1 to 2 weeks, and I'm sure when the 2 weeks comes, they still won't be in. We have moved into the house and have no doors, how about that???!!! I know that Covid had a part to do with this but when I called last week, I was told that they are having issues with the manufacturer. I have a friend that ordered custom made doors from another business and they have them already, and to top it off, ordered after us!. I will NEVER use Pat's doors again and do NOT recommend them. I'm tired of hearing excuses from them! At the least, the owner could give us a discount. Building our dream home and was recommended to use Pat's. Building a home is VERY stressful and then throw the pandemic in. I first worked with Teresa who was very patient and professional. I then started working with Yvette and had her revise my quotes about 4 times. When you plan on spending a lot of money on doors you want to make sure you have what you want. Yvette made it more stressful as she was very short with me and her tone was condescending. She needs to work on her professionalism and patience. Heck even if I asked her to re quote me 20 times, I have that right as a buyer. I almost took my business somewhere else based solely off of Yvette’s attitude. If you choose Pat's then have Teresa help you.

They have very reasonable prices and extremely helpful and friendly staff and management. I purchased a door at. The Home Depot for nearly $100.00 that wasn't even as sturdy/thick of wood that I got with Pat's Doors. If your looking for a good deal, positive experience, and quality doors I highly recommend Pat's Doors.
