The Good: The employees were very polite and hospitable. My waitress was efficient, very attentive, and I was served my food quickly while it was still incredibly hot. I ordered the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and a medium veggie lovers pizza. Before I even received an appetizer, I was given, they seemed like, cheese rolls with some marinara sauce for free. They were decent. The mozzarella sticks were your standard mozzarella sticks. The Bad: My only complaint was the veggie lovers pizza. There was a veggie on it that did not belong. It gave the pizza a very sweet taste that I found did not, at all, compliment it. If it were not for whatever veggie it was, it would have been a standard pizza. Judgment: The service was great, the employees were polite, and the food was served in a timely fashion. I definitely recommend this place. Vegetarian options: I had the veggie lovers pizza. I do not recommend you get this one just because there is a sweetness to this pizza that did not taste good.

I'm a Long time customer at the Dundalk Location. Unfortunately, I have seen the quality and attention to detail decline and prices increase. When calling to place my order the employee was rushing me, to get me off the phone. Not very helpful. Never repeated or verified my order with me to assure accuracy. When I picked up my order I had to ask for plates, napkins and condiments. Once I got home and actually saw my order, it was not correct. This is a reoccurring issue. You are doing yourself a disservice by not putting one of your best employees on the phone taking orders who is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable of your menu and wants to make sure that your order is correct. Carry out customers have two engagements with your employees, when taking the order and when picking the order up. That employee can make or break your business. Sierra went above and beyond to make sure our lunch was top notch! Food was excellent and service was awesome!

Be specific with your order and verify pricing. Steak under cooked sent back and came back again under cooked. Then we ordered the crab ball appetizers 4 to a plate. Menu said Market Price but didn't think it to be more than $10/$12 since the Steak special that included 4 crab balls was only $28.99. Imagine my surprise when the bill came out and they were $25 an order. Shame on you for not disclosing that!!! I could have had 2 full specials for that price. Waitress was unconcerned with our surprise, guessing she is used to it.

Good food, I personally didn't like the sauce but it tastes good. I don't know if the staff are hospitable. I didn't go in. My nephew went in while I waited in the car. Wheelchair accessibility: This is wheelchair accessible.

Everyone was happy with what they ordered except for the Gyro...the meat appeared to be the same kind in a gyro kit and the Tziki sauce left much to be desired. If u want a gyro...stick to sub shops or greek restaurants!

Got the Hawaii pizza....WTH happened Pat's, crust tasted like cardboard and hardly any cheese. I used to love your pizza....not anymore if tastes like this. Very disappointed

Over priced for the quality you get. The food is not a two star it could be a 3.5 but to price of the food is for the amount and quality of the food don’t match up. I was placing a order for a sub, pasta, soup and 2x fry’s the Cost was near $60 Same order at Vinny’s Cafe the food quality is a 5 star and price is fair Cost 46$ the food was better, bigger and nicer service.

$18 for a large cold cut with extra meat, where’s the extra meat no were to be found. I expect extra actual meat when I’m paying you another $4. Not coming back.
