Pat’s has a great customer-focused sales culture and they all truly know their product. Dave helped me out with selecting a brushcutter, and as a new homeowner he took a truly consultative approach to getting me set up with the right piece of equipment. I’m a bit of a rookie when it comes to power equipment and they didn’t take advantage of that: just made sure I left with the right product. Very satisfied. Clean shop, lots of help, and plenty of product in stock. I’ll be back for more.

A+++ Power Equipment Dealer!!! Great friendly service & very knowledgeable staff. The Pats Power Team Always explain with great detail all of the repairs needed on my equipment. Id recommend to anyone looking to buy or repair power equipment.

Words can't describe the complete frustration in dealing with Pat's. Brought my mower in because it wouldn't start. 5 days later they said it was fixed, to the tune of $130 after labor and "tune up service" I agreed to. Upon cutting the lawn, I noticed it was leaking gas. I immediately called and brought the mower back, and I knew I was in trouble when the guy I talked to the first time had a hard time remembering why or when I brought it in...less than a week before. He seemed to indicate it would be taken care of quickly....and of course it wasn't. 3 weeks and multiple phone calls later, my mower needed a new carborator to the tune of another $80+. The worst part? Our neighbor's friend, a landscaper no less, had EXACTLY the same problem. His mower needed work, they "fixed it", then he brought it home, it had a new issue and they slammed him again...while taking weeks to do so. The customer service was also atrocious throughout this ordeal. Every time you called it was like the first time I had ever spoken with the guy who runs their repair department. Like they were doing you a favor just answering the phone. Do yourself a favor and NEVER DEAL WITH PAT'S, ever.

Awful advice regarding golf cart purchased at Pats Power / never owned a cart before. Told me to just charge when we get to our house on a weekend Wrong!!! Must leave charged in whenever not in use . Also sold me a seat replacement that was made in China and does
Not match up with other seat and foot stand. As a result replacement is more costly as all must march. Bad direction , misleading,no trust
here. Buyers beware!!
