Pat's Service Station

I would never do business with this station again. My son was in accident last night and had his car towed by Pats Service station. He was told all he had to do was sign a release and they would release to auto body shop. So he tried to contact them and they had there phone off hook and when went down to sign release they would not release it . It took our auto body shop to get the car. Such poor customer service when you get in an accident you don’t need any more added stress .

Don't have your vehicle towed by them they destroy my car and tried saying it was my fault.

This place is horrible!!!!!!!!! Don't inspect your vehicle here !!!!!!or any work done! They Tell me I need rotors and breaks, when another mechanic said they were fine. I replaced them anyways, they still made me drop it off again after paying for the inspection already, the person on the phone said to bring it in we will get to it, I drag two kids to the place only for them to tell me they have no mechanics on !!!! Livid isn't the word, they won't give me my money back, and then say they can't take my car on a Saturday, only Monday through Friday when I originally got it done on a Saturday! The guy was rude , ignorant, swore at me and showed absolutely no considerations that I lugged my children there , then tells me well maybe we can get to it but I doubt it , playing games with my head considering he just said he had no mechanics on! This place should be shut down for the way they treat customers!!!!! I've never in my life experienced such horrible horrible service !!!!!!!! Pats auto sucks!!!! Not to mention all the work they do is half ass , they take your money and don't even fix the issue! If you go to this place be prepared to get ripped off!!!

Total scumbags. I dropped my spare car off to have them look at it. They never looked at or called me back after multiple calls. When I go to get the car they refused to give it to me. He didn't even know what car it was, no receipt, work ticket. I offered $50 in cash just to get it back. He refused. I had to call the cops. Eventually i got the car and he got $50 from credit card, i already denied charge , so good luck getting paid. :) Crazy old man... crazy. Pathetic.

If you're stuck in the side of the road and they're the only tow company around, walk and/or muster the strength to pick up your car and put it on your back.
