My parakeets were able to get their wings clipped here. The people at the store are the kindest ever!!!! I’m a new owner so they helped me learn a lot about my birds. I can’t recommend this place enough!!! I absolutely will be going back!!!!
Amazing store, many options you can choose from, and great services, we got this bird for 5k and they gave us food a carry bag, toys, and a stick for there cage all for free. It was great doing business with them and will be coming to them every 3 months for clipping. Thank you Paterson Bird Store!

Great shop! They've got a great variety of toys and food for your birdie. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I originally came in because I'm gonna be boarding my Conure and I wanted to see the area he would be staying! It's nice and clean. I feel comfortable having them care for my bird while I'm away.

This store is so awesome! Got my daughter 2 parakeets we love them so much! Every employee is so kind and caring! They are able to answer your every need! They even have premade bird seed you can buy by the pound! highly reccomend coming here!
The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they didn’t try to strongarm us into spending extra on things that weren’t necessary. They gave us ample information so we could make informed decisions. Then we walked out with the cutest Sun Conure that was named Butch but we renamed him to Skittles :
I always come here to get my conures’ nails and beaks trimmed, and they always do an amazing job! Today I noticed a customer berating one of the girls working there and called her disrespectful names, but the girl handled the situation with grace and was extremely kind when taking care of my birds- i’m not sure if her name but her and the other worker trimming my conures’ nails were sure to be very gentle and quick with the services. My go-to bird store for sure :
I purchased my Senegal parrotMax here over 30 years ago. He has been a phenomenal companion & has received great care from the PBS staff over the years when I take him for clippings. I purchase all his food & toys here. He has made great friends w Bill & Joe in particular! Great family owned business. Highly recommend, best selection of birds in the area, bar none.
