Swift and easy to use facility - the phlebotomist Kristina was kind, straight to the point, and drew my samples painlessly. The facility IS a one-person office it seems, and pretty slow, so I can imagine that's why the decor is a little outdated. Regardless, in and out with no problems.
Getting blood drawn here has been one of the worst experiences in my entire life. The technician jabbed my arm with the needle, causing me to scream. She shrugged and said "it must be the needle or the angle we are in". One of the most painful experiences and I get blood drawn routinely every 3 months. I was left with a pain all the way down to my fingertips from the jab. She had 5 inch nails, perhaps that is why she couldn't properly hold the needle? Just thought. In addition to poor services, the place is very dirty. Go else where if you can.
Horrible costumer service. I just go there because is the closest lab near me, but the lady that works there has the most horrible attitude towards patients, almost annoyed that she has to take care of you. I hate this place because of her terrible, awful, appalling, costumer service. I's very frustrating to have my labs done there.
Walked in after making my appointment for blood work and was told I needed a dr referral. I asked how am I supposed to know that if I’m told to make my appointment online. The hippo rolled her eyes and and shrugged her shoulders. Annoying
This is great place!!! Mrs Stephanie is very professional and polite person! The most important is the fact that you don’t have to make appointment to do the blood I highly recommend this facility!!!
This place is a disgrace to humanity horrible service ,we went for a blood test and they have no idea what they doing, they send us to another place supposed to be main office at 74-01 Myrtle Ave. in Glendale Queens ,in that location they rent closet from urgent care at the side of the building ,we was told they don’t have a blood tube ,that they need for that blood test ,and they will order , and they will have it in four working days , we wait till March 1, 2022 they still don’t have a tube and we was told Today March 1, 2022 to go to quest diagnostic, do not go there you’re wasting your time
