Besides taking almost a year to complete the enclosure on my parents patio, backwards and dented doors and paneling that was still installed, torn screen rolls, and leakage, this was still a subpar experience at best. You would think for $35k you would get superior service and installation. I’m encouraging my parents to speak to an attorney because this is PATHETIC.
Took 4 different times to record measurements, multiple issues with GreenSky Financial, 30 different calls from their main office, THEN took them 3 months after that to get them here TO THEN FIND OUT they had less than HALF of our materials! They left and didn't know when they'd come back with the rest of our job. WE had to wait another full month while our back patio was torn up for them to come and finish the job over a 4-day period. We also lost $350 on the pre-cleaning of our patio before the guys got here and now we have to do it again. The plans and the contracts that were signed in June were finally finished in mid-November. STAY AWAY!
I would like to start by saying Patio Enclosures did a awesome job and they were very professional. Ashley coordinated everything and always kept us up-to-date. Our sales person was Allen and he gave us a wonderful presentation and visited the site two additional times during construction. The two gentlemen that built our sun-room was Sean and Andrew. I would hire both men as they did a outstanding job, were very courteous, professional and cleaned the job site up each and every day. It was a blessing to work with Sean and Andrew. I give Sean, Andrew and everyone at this company a A+.
