While seeking treatment for my deviated septum at the tender age of 19, Dr. Fann told me my nose was bulbous and that I’d be pretty with a nose job. Like most teenage girls, I was already insecure, so I moved forward with my rhinoplasty, septoplasty and turbinectomy. As a result, my nose is destroyed. Completely crooked and asymmetrical, collapsed on one side and with sharp cartilage sticking out on one side. The tip didn’t “stay”. It hurts to the touch even 15 years later. It looks like I got punched in the face. I can’t afford a revision. Wish I could travel back in time and tell myself to love myself enough to say no to cosmetic surgery.

Be aware that this doctor doesn't listen to you but he may insist that he wanted all kinds of expensive inspections like nose inspection more than $400 and CT more than $800 without careful discussing with the patient. Then, after spending more than $1400, I asked specific treatment done by other ENT hospitals and I was happy with the results but he insisted whole the expensive surgery process no mater what you asked. He ignored my suggestions. <About the response> I already left the problem in your system around 2 years ago but no one replied back until now. Sorry, but your response doesn't mean anything any more.

Dr. Fann is the best ENT doctor to see for any nasal problems. I was referred to him by a colleague because I was unhappy with a different physician I was seeing about nasal surgery. After my initial meeting with Dr. Fann, I left confident about having him perform the nasal surgery I needed to clear my turbinate passages so I could breathe properly again. He is a great doctor because he listens to you, and he has a great bed side manner. In addition, he is an expert in his field, and is always on top of the latest research and technology. Dr. Fann has been my physician for several years, and I would not want to go to any other ENT doctor.

Down to earth doctor! Had a Septoplasty plus turbinate reduction, nasal valve repair to improve my breathing. After car instructions were clear and concise, and my breathing has improve dramatically. I would recommend Dr. Fann!

A great ENT specialist and a fantastic surgeon! I highly recommend Dr Fann.

Worst doctor ever. I will never forgive you.
