Been using Patrick’s/ Garage Harmony for years. They back up their work and are very friendly. Sometimes they get busy. But all service industry is these days. They do great work. I Always call them first.

Honest and reliable service for my garage. Highly recommend!

18 months ago I called Patrick’s garage door because my garage door opener wasn’t opening/closing properly even when the actual door was disconnected from the mechanism. The technician assured me my opener was irreparable and a brand new Liftmaster would solve the problem. I wasn’t happy about the news, but I paid the premium $$$ and had the new opener installed. 18 months later and the new Liftmaster is malfunctioning in the exact same manner my old opener was. It won’t complete an open/close cycle even when the door is disconnected from the mechanism. Now bear in mind, I can name countless friends & acquaintances who’ve had the same garage door opener for 20+ years without issue or service so I can’t help but doubt 18 months is the acceptable lifespan of a garage door opener. It’s a fairly simple mechanism. Nonetheless, I called Patrick’s garage door for help. I let them know what the issue is and they recommended a technician come repair or replace the opener. But the caveat is that the garage door opener motor is the only thing covered under warranty so if it’s anything else, the minimum price for a visit is $195 + tax and then the cost for repairing whatever the issue may be. You can see how this service strategy can bill customers right up to the point where they recommend a new opener — and the cycle continues. They gave no indication they stand behind the products and services they offer. They expressed no empathy toward the issue being the same thing I called them to fix in the first place. And, quite frankly, didn’t seem interested in addressing the possibility they messed something up when it was installed. I still need it fixed; however, I will not be calling call Patrick’s for help again. I simply will not stand behind and support a business that doesn’t stand behind their products and services.

Our garage door was not working - something happened to the cable. They were able to fit us in immediately. The young man arrived in a timely manner and set right to work. He was done in about an hour and our door is working perfectly. We will definitely call Patrick's Garage Door if we have problems again. Thank you!

Excellent response time for a semi major failure of my garage door. Phillip, from Garage Harmony showed up on time, assessed the problem, then installed a new opener in a very timely and Professional manner. Plus, they will help you in a pinch, when most other places I called and couldn't help me, booked three weeks out. But Garage Harmony showed up the next day. Love these people! Thx again Phillip. Their receptionist is very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Great people.

We not only got a great deal on a new garage door through Patrick a few weeks ago and Aaron did an awesome job installing it ... but we had something of ours fall on our garage door last night. John came out right away and fixed it the next morning. My friends recommended Patrick months ago and now I will be joining them in recommending this company. Great prices, great products, fast service and super customer service. They really want to make sure you are happy and that you are pleased with their super work.

My garage door opener died in my new home. I filed a claim with my home warranty company. Patrick Garage Door picked up the job and I’m glad they did. Nathan and Bryton were out the next day to fix it. I received a call when they were on the way. If you need a Garage Door repair this company is professional and efficient.

Excellent Service! Kyler came on time. My door had a simple fix. He then did an inspection and fixed all the little things that could be a problem later. I'm so happy with the service. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to my friends.

Great company to work with. I am not sure who I spoke with on the phone but he was very nice, listened to the problem I was having with my garage door, gave me an idea of what it sounded like and a range of estimates. I called late afternoon / early evening and they had someone come out the next afternoon. Kyle was very friendly and courteous and did a great job fixing the spring on the door and explaining everything to me.
