I was so pleased to work with Eric Mulcahy at Patrick Stracuzzi Real Estate Team! I found a beautiful home and was under contract immediately, and then had my previous home under contract within 2 weeks! Within 2 months of making my initial offer both home closings were completed smoothly. Eric is awesome at details and following up on any questions. Eric Mulcahy was a true professional at his job, he was very knowledgeable about his surroundings and knew how to perform his job with the utmost expertise, his caring and personality is a great asset to his work, he goes out of his way to make sure that you are fully satisfied with the homes that he has shown you and does not mind to reshow the house to you if you so choose, through this experience we have become great friends, you will never regret having him as your real estate agent, I would recommend him to anybody without reservation.

Eric Mulcahy was a huge help in finding and purchasing our home. As it was a challenge being a foreclosure. He gave us great advice and we got the house we wanted for less then we wanted.
