Patriot Ridge Community

My grandmother was just recently in for rehab. She had a great experience, caring staff. She was able to have church services yesterday by the Champlin for easter.

After dealing with several nightmare facilities, we placed my dad at Patriot Ridge. He has received wonderful care and his health has improved. We are so grateful this facility is so close to our home too.

My father was a resident for 10 days before he died. I had to pay for 30 days up front, which I understand. He died 6 weeks ago and I haven't seen a refund. We're talking about thousands of dollars that they're holding hostage. Tired of the games.

Took great care of my grandma! Staff is super friendly.
