Patten's Gas Retail

Have been using for years and still use them. Fast service and quick response. People are the same name is different.

Perry's was fine until this year when Patten's purchased them. However, since then, service has been horrible. Prices are high, but it's the customer service that is really the kicker. When I decided to switch to Irving, originally just due to cost, Patten's was nearly impossible. Irving contacted them multiple times requesting to buy the tank, I was calling and emailing them for DAYS before I got a response of any kind. Then they were very rude, but eventually agreed to submit the paperwork. So I finally think that I am all switched over to Irving, who by the way, has had amazing service. Irving owns the tank, and was supposed to deliver today, so when I heard the truck, I didn't think I needed to go check who it was. When I went to get the receipt, Patten's, who hadn't delivered in months anyway, and who we had stopped service with, had delivered and now expects $800 from us. It's really no wonder so many people are switching service elsewhere.
