Let’s fix this and not get ugly. I’ve done nothing wrong and was fully up front about everything. It was between you and the lender you selected. *****Original Post***** Bought my second car from Paul Blanco yesterday. Great experience, good price on the car, but interest rate was higher than I would have liked from the lender. I was told over the phone yesterday they are closed on Sundays now, but that’s not reflected as of this post. Recommend them if rebuilding your credit or even if you have great credit.
Absolutely Amazing, I was in a bad situation and left without a Car I went to several places and got the run around never go to Baja in Las Vegas but Adel was straight with me from the beginning and I was Blessed to walk away with a beautiful car. Thank you Adel and Yessenia
I was pretty skeptical about this place going in. I know the one in Reno and some select places is cali have pretty terrible reviews so I was definitely nervous. My sales rep was Joseph Martinez and I'm going to try and write this as honest as I can and give this guy the credit he deserves. I started looking at this place about a week ago online, with school starting up again and this vegas heat in full effect we figured it was about time to let our 02 ford explorer go. The wife had told me a few months back that she was interested in the Impala so I began doing some research on them and eventually found that Paul Blanco had a few of them fairly new and with low miles. So after finding the one I was interested in I took their online application and filled it out to what knowledge I had. About an hour later I received a call from them and the lady had asked me a few more questions about myself and the application I had filled out. We set up a date for today 8/13/17 at 2:30pm and during the phone call she told me a bunch of thing like I was already approved for something, but I didn't pay that much attention because it all sounded like some sweet talk to try and get me in the door. So today rolls around and we had a pretty uneventful morning so I called and asked if it was ok if we came in earlier and they said it was fine. I brought my wife and our 3 kids with me and everyone there was super sweet to the kids and were very polite to my wife so big ups there. Joseph met us at the door and held it open for us, took us all back to his office and began the paperwork with pulling my application. I gotta say my best part of this experience is dealing with this guy. Joseph was extremely nice to my family and he was straight up with me the whole time. He never tried selling me anything I didn't want, and he never once put any signs or thoughts of discouragement in our heads. This guy is professional and seriously looks for your best interest and I am completely grateful to have his as our salesman. Anyhow, he gave us his best figure at the beginning with my poor credit 550 and my trade in/down $2000 for the explorer and $1000 down and asked us what kinda payments work for us. We told him we want to stay around $400 monthly payments. After meeting with Mr. Blanco not paul and going over the paperwork. We agreed to a 418 monthly payment for the first year on his credit assistance program and then a smokin deal after the first 12 months. Hopefully you see what that's all about yourself because I don't want to drone on about that too. End of it all we seen Mr. Gonzales for financing and he quickly yet efficiently got us out the door and into our new 2016 impala. Guys I'm so happy with this thing and I can't thank you enough. Love the car and love the service. Thank you so much.
We never thought we would be able to have a car from this decade lol. Paul Blanco Christian to be specific helped our dream come true. He and the financer worked their butts off to make sure it happened and we couldnt be happier. Thank you Paul Blanco for helping make our dreams come true.
I do not recommend this place, it's been about two years now with this car I got from them I pay $403 a month overpriced first off , come to find out it was a rental the shocks are gone my window don't roll down anymore I could go on . I gave then my Ford explorer as a trad in wasn't worth it and on top of that they told me I still needed to come up with $2000 in 2 weeks I did that. That was the worst decision of my life ! They act like their your friends and their not out their to get you ooh but they are all they want is your MONEY! I have such a high interest rate and some months only a $1 go to the principal and the rest to the interest. I do not Recommend Paul Blanco.
I had a great experience here at Paul Blanco. David was amazing when I first arrived and was able to help me find the right vehicle. Jeff Blanco happened to be there and stopped by to give me some great pointers on how to repair my credit. The whole team was very supportive and helpful. They were not pushy at all. I ended up with a Toyota Tundra and my family is truly happy. Thank you Paul Blanco.
We checked into a few dealerships over the last year and as a family were big about how people treat you from start to finish. I personally wasn’t very impressed with the experiences we had with other dealerships. My spouse suggested we try Paul Blanco in Las Vegas and the experience was awesome from start to finish. We got the type of vehicle we wanted and Louie, the General Manager and Juan were all extremely nice and very patient. We were very happy with our experience.
I have to say, they lived up to their commercials that were on the radio. My credit wasn't the best because of things I did in my early 20's that I'm attempting to fix now. My salesman and the manager who worked with me did play the car sale game, however they were also up front and honest with me and I greatly appreciated that fact. They were willing and honest to work with me and get me into a vehicle, even if we did stay after closing. I was not able to qualify for the car I really had my eye on because it was out of my price range however I did get my extremely close second option. They work with a lot of banks to find an approval and even say up front that they want to work with you to help you build your credit so you don't even need them anymore. Only downside to my experience is that they need to have coffee available lol. If you go, ask for Javier, he was my sales rep and he was very nice and helpful. I got a good car and they do sell quality products. Plus from what I heard from my Chrysler sales friend, their gap warranty is comparable to what Chrysler's premier is so although it's non-negotiable it will help in the event something happens.
Nothing but good people here. When I say that they do everything possible to make sure you leave with a car that's affordable and meets your needs..I mean that! They treated my grandfather and I like family. Went above and beyond. I had went to a major dealership the day before and without me knowing, they had run my credit so many different times and brought my credit score down dramatically. I was fortunate enough to have met one of the owners as he was at the location at the time. He came in and let me know everything that happened and what he did to make sure I would still be able to leave with my car. I'll definitely recommend this place to ANYONE looking to purchase a vehicle.
Amazing experience. Unlike most car dealerships they don't let you pick a car you like and then spend hours trying to make it work only to tell you it can't be done. They run your numbers first and then give you several options that would work for you you don't have to spend hours on bs that ends with you disappointed. We went in knowing what our options were ended up with a 2016 Jeep Compass. It's a great car and we are very pleased with our purchase. They even came through with a down payment assistance as we did not quite have enough. Our salesman was Juan and the manager was James. I couldn't ask for better service and would recommend Paul Blanco to anyone in the market for a quality used car. Thanks guys. We are customers for life. Don & Renee Stephens
