I had the pleasure of working with Katie and Jeff directly and in person when I came in to get one of my all time grail watches. I was recommended to Paul Duggan CO by a well known jeweler and family friend. I sent Katie literally two texts telling her what I was looking for, and she already had it in stock just not on the website yet. I was looking for a very hard to get piece at Rolex ADs. it is an unworn Sea Dweller 43 126600 with a 2023 card. This piece was unworn, with box and papers, and I paid less than what I would pay at an AD in my state if you factor in taxes. The process was seamless, fast, professional, and all without waiting many more months to procure a grail timepiece. I would recommend anyone looking for a new timepiece for their collection to call Katie or Jeff. A side note to this is that I had been waiting months on several AD lists for this piece, and was offered other pieces I did not want. So if you really want the timepiece and do not want to wait you have literally nothing to lose going to see Katie and Jeff.
