Great shop. Paul and Lin will make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. They can help with any type of custom framing job and are very upfront about their pricing. I got 2 Jazz Fest posters framed here and they were very flexible and accommodating showing me multiple different frames in my budget and explaining, in depth, everything that goes into the job. Worth the money for the customer service alone. The great personalized work is lagniappe.

This is a place that makes frames I'm pretty sure. But it may be a front operation for some other kind of business. All of the times I went there they said they were "working" but I never actually saw Paul work, he only asked questions and quoted prices, just like a lawyer does. Anyway the neighborhood appears safe and the road is paved, both unusual for New Orleans. I got a great framing job done pretty reasonably. I think Lynn or Lin does all the creative stuff. I'll be back. I hope they let me back in. I think other people may be hiding there somewhere, I don't want to disturb the operation.

I have been going to Paul and Lin’s for several years now. They are the best! They will work with you to carefully select the perfect frame and background. They are also really careful with wrapping your frame to ensure it’s not damaged or nicked when you take the frame home. Perfect customer service.

I had an amazing experience here. Paul and Lynn resized a frame for me, and assembled everything, and I love it. I've had the piece of artwork that they framed for years, and when I came home with it in the new frame, my boyfriend said, "That's an awesome drawing, but I never remember it looking that awesome." On top of doing a great job, Paul and Lynn are really kind, warm people that walked me through the process and Paul even walked my artwork back to my car when it was finished!. The price was really fair, too. I don't think I could find a better framing place anywhere. I look forward to coming back the next time I need something framed and maybe even just to say hello.

Paul and his wife, Lynn, really know how to treat their customers. They do fantastic work and get your pieces back to you in very little time. I always felt so good going in their store as they are such wonderful people and very willing to work with you as an individual to meet all your framing and pricing needs. I had some treasured art to be framed and shipped to Saint Paul. Paul really knows how to Handel your priceless art. It was received in perfect condition. Price was reasonable and service personable.
