I have been going to Dr. Woodbury as long as I can remember! The staff there is so nice and always happy to help! Katie is my hygienist and I absolutely LOVE her! I will not let anyone else clean my teeth. I have had to have several teeth removed when I was younger so I could get braces and have had two fillings. Dr. Woodbury is very gentle and efficient, ensuring I was in no pain and the procedures were done properly. I recommend Dr. Woodbury and his staff to all of my friends and family members. In fact, a majority of my family goes to his practice. If you are looking for a friendly staff and a great dentist this is the place to go!
I have been going to Dr Woodbury for over 10 years. The vast majority of my visits have been for cleanings his hygienists and staff are great too, but I have had a filling or 2 replaced and am in the process of getting a crown from him. He is totally professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and doesn't pressure you with upselling like many dentists do. I no longer live in Phoenix I'm in Prescott Valley now, but I come down to the Valley to see Dr Woodbury because I trust him to do an excellent job. I just looked at the other reviews on here and find it shameful that one disgruntled customer is trying to skew his ratings. This kind of behavior says more about the reviewer than Dr Woodbury. I am a very discerning patient and I assure you that his standard of care is the highest.
I've been seing Dr Woodbury for over 20 years. I moved to Chandler and still make the drive every 6 months to get my teeth cleaned and a check up. He is the best dentist ever and so is his staff. I actually look forward to going to the dentist.
The best! My husband and I have been going to Dr. Paul Woodbury for over 15 years. The entire team is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them! Dr. Woodbury is so gentle that he takes the fear out of dental care. Katie the hygienist is amazing! She is dedicated to giving you the best care and is always on time.
This was the worst dental experience I have ever had! Paul Woodbury put a crown on my tooth, but he didn't prep the tooth correctly and so the crown and bite were really high. Instead of adjusting the crown, he filed off my healthy upper teeth, without giving me any option to even say "no". All he said was "This is not a big deal, we will just file off your upper teeth, it is necessary". He ended up filing too much of my healthy teeth off and has probably caused tooth/nerve damage since it still hurts to chew on that side. Since that day, I have had excruciating sensitivity and discomfort in those upper teeth that he filed down. He still couldn't get the crown right even after this and finally ended up giving me my money back after ruining my teeth. The worst part is, he then later denied responsibility for my teeth and basically lied and said that "my teeth were sensitive and painful like this even before I came to him." In fact, my teeth are still so bad where he filed them down that my friends and co-workers have actually advised me to take legal action because he refuses to fix them or even take responsibility for them. When I tried to talk to him, he refused to speak to me and had his front desk person Sheryl talk to me who was rude and disrespectful. This dentist is not only totally incompetent, but even worse, practically a liar who won't take responsibility for what he did and is just interested in making money. This was just a nightmarish experience and I would advise anyone to stay far away from this practice.
Rough and inexperienced dentist. Went for the wisdom tooth extraction, he broke the wisdom tooth and was unable to extract it, this shows how much experienced he is, he should have refered me to oral surgeon at first place . My whole side of cheek and lip is massively ulcertated due to his rough handling and 2.5 hours of instrumentation. After insurance coverge with 145 bucks out of pocket spendig still need to see oral surgeon to extract the tooth. Will NOT RECOMMEND for tooth extraction, better go to oral surgeon. Just FYI the adress is changed to 3806 N 3rd street 85012
I've been going to Dr. Woodbury for years and would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. Dr. Woodbury and his staff are both very friendly and professional.
Professional. Kind. Fantastic COVID-19 protocols. The best
