Their plants are very healthy and they offer a lot of pot choices. I love their cactus and succulent selection. Sometimes their plants are not labeled, so it's hard to look up and find out if it's pet safe of not. It's also hard to know exactly what I'm getting. I wish they would put whether or not a plant is pet safe on the signs or even a QR code that links to a website with info on the plants. That would help immensely, and I would definitely go there more often. The people that work there are nice, but the checkouts need work. The whole place is kinda old fashioned.

Love this place. They've just about anything you'd ever need for your house plants, hydroponics or exterior gardens. The gifts are adorable and unique. The staff is always happy and helpful.

Figured I would write a quick review after seeing a few 1 star reviews because of their return policies, which are clearly displayed. If you don't like a policy, don't shop there. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. I bring my little chihuahua, Lilly in with me and the staff loves her and carries. The plants are expensive, but they are mature and beautiful. I hate to see people complain about a place because they don't like their return policies. If you don't see a policy, ask about them. If you don't like that return policy, there are plenty of Home Depot’s.

This garden is so great! They have every type of plant/tree/flower you could want. Super friendly staff and beautiful smells and sights. You can even get your Christmas trees there in the winter.

This store is amazing. Went for the first time and was in awe of all of the plants. The employees are really helpful too.

This place hands down is the best...From price to selection and most of all.. the integrity... they offer a high standard of quality ... not scene enough,if you ask me...I don’t care to know all the details of what they do behind the scenes... but I do know that whatever their doing it’s amazing ... the proof is in the pudding ... so to speak... I bought two poinsettias from one place and for maybe pocket change more bought two from these guys.... and it being the end of March... the poinsettias I bought from Paulino’s look better today than the two I got from somewhere else did even before Christmas... needless to say the other two died shortly after the holiday.. and it’s almost April...look at these guys... and while I’d love to claim it was all me .. my great energy that kept the plants alive... that would merely serve as entertainment .. you guys are awesome.. thanks for the quality of product..and thanks for valuing my time and money... I m not going anywhere else ... I prefer to purchase rather than buy into foolishness... maybe this Christmas Ill have four plants 3 months later insted of two.. thanks again..

Great selection, can be a little on the pricey side. On busy days be prepared to wait in line. Great staff with a great knowledge base

Great place for millionaires! But seriously, super expensive and a horrible return policy of 14 days. For the price of the plants you'd expect the same or better than Home Depot at least. They do have the best range of plants, and the quality is undeniable.

Really enjoyed shopping at this plant nursery. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help you with anything that you need. Most of my visits are needs for taking care of my plants such as plant pests, fertilizing and types of pots as I am a plant owner beginner. This place is great. I work with adults with disabilities and we brought our clients here to get some plants for our office and all of the employees were kind to us and friendly. When we checked out one of the staff offered all of my clients a clover plant for free. I respect them and appreciate them for being kind to us and providing friendly service.
