I was referred to Dr. Pacheco by a friend about ten years ago after I had experienced interactions with a previous doctor that left me feeling I wasn't listened to or treated with respect. Going to a doctor can bring up a lot for people. It can feel vulnerable and overwhelming. Dr. Pacheco is a talented, caring doctor. He goes above and beyond and cares deeply about his patients well-being and care. I feel like I have a dedicated health care practitioner in this with me when it comes to my health and he has stuck with me and continued to create a plan and adapt the plan as needed. His staff has always been friendly and caring as well, even when going on a new medication has felt like a big life change, I felt that Dr. Pacheco and his whole staff were truly in my corner. Working with Dr. Pacheco was one of the first experiences where a doctor took the time to explain my health condition to me - and he continues to articulate the reasoning behind his suggestions and plans for my continued treatment. I feel very appreciative to work with a doctor who is not only talented in the treatment of patients, but also in how he interacts, respects, and communicates with those in his care.

I've been a patient of Dr. Pacheco's for over 11 years and he has helped me get to superb health post a whipple procedure surgery. He is the most thorough doctor I have and I couldn't recommend him enough for any GI issues and health. Also FWIW - fantastic bedside manner and overall lovely human !

Dr. Pacheco's entire staff, from scheduling in the office to the discharge from the procedure was seamless. They are all very kind, thorough and diligent. Dr. Pacheco is a wonderful MD, trust him completely!

Dr. Pacheco is the nicest and most comforting doctor I've ever had. He delivers information clearly and in a way that one can understand. He also offers action steps one can take daily in order to get and remain healthier. I'm very grateful to him.

I would like everyone here to know that I’m so thankful that I found him He is super attentive, cares about my health and goes above and beyond for even the little things other doctors lack to put effort for. Yesterday I had my very first procedure with him. I was super nervous prior procedure. He reassured me that everything would be fine. I love his work ethic, he even reviewed my last results minutes before my procedure again to make sure everything goes above expectations. Dr Pacheco is an outstanding, professional and compassionate doctor. He spent time with me before the procedure to answer any questions. After the procedure he double checked on me. I appreciate his attention to detail and time. His staff was also great- Super friendly and supportive. The facility was super clean and safe. I highly recommend this doctor and team.

If you’re scared don’t worry! You’re in very good hands. I wish there was better communication regarding what to expect as far as prep and providing better direction to the virtual aspects. I get that everything is very virtual now but It would be helpful to direct your patients regarding paperwork as an “area of opportunity” but otherwise my family is very happy with this office. My GI doctor forever and ever! I used to work with him in his endoscopy center and am also his patient - by far the most amazing bedside manner, very thorough, great advice and treats you holistically, not over medicating. He respects your comfort and if you're a new patient he prefers to meet you in your street clothes before asking you to get in a gown for the examination. He treats everything well from routine screenings to advanced disease. His staff is also very knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. They will do everything in their power to accommodate your needs. I cannot recommend Dr. Pacheco and his staff enough!
