Working with Tim was easy and seamless. I went in the store looking for pet friendly carpet, he pointed me to the recommended samples and let me take them home. He came to measure on designated date and everything from that point on happened just as he said it would. Installers were friendly and knowledgeable, getting the job done efficiently. I would lightly recommend Tim and will most definitely be using Paulson’s again in the future.

Troy was fantastic! He made it possible for me to get brand new carpet before I moved into my new home. He came out quickly to measure & submit my request. He made a way where there was no way. Troy pulled for me and opened doors to make it possible & a reality An extra bonus - the carpet I chose happened to be on sale! I saved $1400! The installers were great They know their stuff. Very experienced & professional. They did wonders in certain spots of my home & made it look absolutely gorgeous! They thoroughly cleaned up & removed old carpet. From start to finish, Paulson's was great. Troy was AWESOME. He really knows his stuff. He took the time to describe all the products we were looking at and helped us to make the best decision for our house. Installs were just what we expected. Yuriy delivered all our LVP and noticed our vents were wrong and got that taken care of right away. Dan and Ivan were quick but did the job right and our LVP looks fabulous. Ariel and Jesus did a really great job on our carpet. After the project was over, we had too many boxes of our LVP and Troy took care of it and credited our bill. Price was good too. If you need flooring of any kind - LVP, carpet, tile... Go see Troy. You'll get good quality products and they'll be installed by professional guys. You won't be disappointed.

Tim was awesome! We must have looked at every counter top sample in the store twice! Tim was very patient with us and allowed us to make the decision without any pressure. Once we made our choice, Tim handled the transaction quickly and the installation went smoothly too. Great product and outstanding service.

Worked with Tim Bartholomew, he was a great help in assisting me with carpet selection for my stairs. A small job, but he took care of everything and the installers took excellent care to make everything look perfect. Love it and would definitely go back to Tim again.

We chose Paulson's for our home carpet again for the second time. They have the same premium carpet brands as other carpet stores but at a significantly lower cost. Tim Bartholomew was our sales person and did a great job helping us select the carpet that we purchased as well as showing us many options, and he is also very professional. He provided tips and details for us to check on during installation that very valuable. No other company's sales people did this. The installers that Paulson's provided also went above and beyond in helping us.

After trying big box stores we chose Paulson's in Vancouver for our vinyl plank flooring in the living room, hall and bathroom. It is gorgeous and super easy to take care of. Our experience with Troy reveals he is an absolute comsummate professional and respectful~~promptly returning calls and very knowledgeable about his products. The installation was scheduled soon and the installers worked very fast and it was done between 9 and 5. If you're a woman, don't let the two gentleman at the desk intimaidate you when you walk in as they are great at answering your questions! This business is just amazing and we sing their praises!!! Run, don't walk to Paulson's!!!

We recently had Paulson's Floor Coverings install a beautiful Kerastan carpet, Coretec laminate flooring and a stair runner in our home. We worked with Tim Bartholomew, who was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Even though we ran into a snag with our project, Paulson's and Tim in particular made it right and we couldn't be more pleased with our new flooring. We have since decided to use Paulson's again to install the same laminate in our main living space. We look forward to working with Tim and Paulson's for this next phase of our project.

Selecting flooring is never easy. Troy, consultant in Vancouver’s Location, made our project seamless. From the time we first walked in to placing our final payment, Troy was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Within 48 hours, he was out measuring our house. After placing our deposit, within days we were scheduled for installation. Cairon and the gang were respectful and experienced installers. They even made a concerted effort to vacuum and clean dust before leaving! Yes, Paulson’s‘s took the edge off the stress of our flooring project. Our floors were completed within 30 days of placing our deposit… During Covid! And the bottom line price? $1000 less than other competitors for the same product! We love our new hardwood floors. I would gladly recommend and use Paulsons again for any home improvement project!

Ron at Paulson's helped us with selecting our flooring he quoted us a good fair price and quoted 4 day instal. they finished the instal in 2 days. Alex and his instal crew were very helpful friendly and thorough. They kept us in the loop at all times. Alex asked how we wanted things done gave his advice the then got to work. I give Paulson's A+ across the board. My wife and i are more than satisfied with how we were treated from start to finish
