I'd give this 10 stars if that was an option! What an amazing gift to have completed the MBSR Program with Ryan and the Pause Community. The content was phenomenal, but my biggest take-away has been the calming, grounding, and empowering effect it's had on my life and my relationships. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough!
This was a wonderful experience and I am so thankful I was able to take the course virtually during this pandemic.
Ryan one of the lead instructors is a terrific, curious, patient instructor.
