I have taken my little Pomeranian mix here plenty of times more than 5. Must I say my dog loves to come here. Every dog has there fears but when bella is done getting groomed here tail and attitude for the rest of the week is adorable. They take time to do it clean, safely, kindly and right. Their prices are good.
My puppy is a year old and is quite a handful when it comes to baths. This was the first place that was willing to work with her and they were able to get her fully bathed! We are so appreciative!
We have been using Paw By Paw for over a year now. The groomers do an okay job but the customer service and interaction with staff has been getting worse and worse. I don’t think we will be going back. We would have a much better experience if the staff were more professional.
