This store have the best customer service I have ever had, we came to pick up a set of bracelets that we pawned and 2 bracelets were missing but they went the extra mile to resolve this matter. Jim and Nancy are the kind of employees every business need. Thank you for resolving our issue.

This goes more to EZPAWN cooperate . Why should such events that happen more than 20 years ago affect my status now? Come on now i was 18 years old when i first came and now at 33 you gonna have associates using that data for us to value our things at a lower price? And tell me that is what the "system" says because the system cares what happened 20 years ago? That is the most ridiculous and dumbest thing I've ever heard!!! This is definitely negative 5 stars!!!!
If I could I'd give them 0 stars. They are supposed to be open til 7pm, however they do not do any loan transactions after 6:45pm THEY ONLY TAKE PAYMENTS ON LOANS FROM 6:45PM - 7:00 PM so if you happen to drive all the way across town because you think they'll take care of you because you made it in the door before 7pm. . . you will be disappointed!! They were rude and condescending! No compassion available here!
I went there earlier, that location is really good, the employees are all super nice and super approachable. They're not that type of employee that you can't even talk to properly, and you could really see that they love their job. Most of all I wanna give a shout out to Bridget correct me if I'm wrong, she was super nice.
I absolutely love coming to this store the items are always in great condition! The prices are amazing an most of all the staff is very professional and friendly, I love walking into the store an everyone knows ur name Marjorie is an amazing manager very helpful and knowledgeable her energy is always positive! If u visit this store just ask for Margie
I have to say that this is the best pawn shop I have done business with in years! The staff is amazing the manager Margarette is the absolute best!!! They are so helpful & always understanding & accommodating! Hands down 1,000 stars worthy!!!!
La’Shaun is THE best employee by far! She’s the only one I truly enjoy working with and to the point where I don’t really like going to any other EZ pawn or pawnshop. She’s given me the best deals and helps me out the most in my time of need; I appreciate her so much and I don’t think I would come here if it wasn’t for her! Thank you La’Shaun for everything you do for me! I’ll continue to come to this location as long as she’s here!
This location is the best I’ve been too!! The employees are nice and the manager Marjorie is very sweet, welcoming and super helpful! I give them 5 stars!! I will definitely be coming here everytime.
