The store in Jefferson City Missouri went above and beyond to provide the best customer service possible after my family experienced a fire and had to replace childrens shoes. Asia the store clerk handled a return while training by contacting her store manager Jonathan to resolve the issue quickly and maintained a great attitude. Jonathan spoke with me and understood the complaint and resolved the issue right away. Both Asia and Jonathan should be recognized for caring about their loyal customer of 30 years. Jeff City Payless deserves to be the biggest and best store ever seen in the country in a Capital City on Jefferson City's Missouri Blvd!

Went to buy ballet shoes...store was closed when hours posted said it was open 11-6. Unacceptable.
