Representative was very helpful. I was there less than 10 minutes. With my 20% off coupon and the normal Payless deal, I spent less than $10 each for 4 pair of shoes.

Great deal going on, most of the time. Not a lot of selection for big men though. 20-25 total shoes for size 12, and every bigger size gets worse.

Very difficult time exchanging sizes I bought while on sale. They tried to return them and then have me pay full price for the new size.

While they did not have the shoes we were looking for, the worker there was very helpful and called around to various stores until she found a store that had what we were looking for.

I love getting shoes hear when they have a deal, since it really isn't "Payless " anymore

The girls who work here stayed after close to help us. Very nice !

Employees seem to dislike their job and makes it a little depressing to be shopping their. Not a very large selection.
