So sorry they are going out of business...Their BIGGEST mistake was to try & keep up with higher priced shoes stores. Over the last 29 yrs...we have watched them change and grow...but when every shoe became $30.- & up? That was the beginning of the end....Good Bye PAYLESS...I STILL HAVE SHOES FROM LIKE...10 YRS AGO!
Sure the shoes aren't the best quality. But all I wanted was to replace my black dress shoes 11 wide. Lord and Taylor and Sears don't have many wide sizes in stock. I wasted an hour looking for shoes there and I come to Payless and the girl finds what I want in 30 seconds...no exaggetation!
It's ok, shoes don't always have the correct size written on them, so you always have to try them on with and without socks If they are comfortable with the socks, you can buy them, if not. Walk on by.
No customer service enven though there were total of 5 people in store. A bag of socks was $7.00 which is ok , but the store is going out of business. I could just pay that at Walmart.
Great place to buy durable slip resistant work shoes that are comfortable, look nice, wear good and are priced right. Very inexpensive!
Their stuff is so cheap that people are too busy going to Shoe Carnival and Foot Locker to get their shoes from here. The shoes they sell barely even last two months, when most of Shoe Carnival's shoes last a whole year.
Nothing for sizes 10to11 1/2, some left for mostly kids and women's sizes, its time to shut the doors already
Did not have any 9w in stock so will have to try another one.
Going out of business, everything 40 to 70% off. Get 'em while you can!!!!!!!!
Always liked this store, sad they are closing
