PC Gamerz Hawaii is a top notch PC build/gaming company. Devin and his team of technicians helped me customize my PC build, adding in an internal monitor, additional storage and cable management. They were really quick with the repair and communications were totally smooth. Easy to chat with through their website as well. I strongly recommend them for any PC builds or repairs you might need!
You know when you meet some really cool people and it just makes your day better? That's how I felt after dropping by PC Gamerz' warehouse to pick up my son's PC! Truly excellent customer service!! My son had been shopping around online for a while and was skeptical about shipping and other issues. Heard about PC Gamerz from a friend of his dad's and it just could not have worked out any better. He now has a beautiful new PC and mommy can rest easy knowing that the awesome folks at PC Gamerz took care of us! Huge huge huge mahalos to Tiff, Trey, and Devin who went above and beyond answering my late night messages! Aloha and hopefully a hui hou!
Gave them an idea of what I wanted and hit it on the money! Appreciate the build guys and super stoked to join the PC fam. Mahalo! Fits my room perfectly!
I was the first customer this morning right at 10am. I was returning to purchase a system after a very good meeting with Sam last Thursday. However, today was a different experience. The sales person I dealt with checked the availability of system I discussed with Sam and said he had two, so I told him to wrap it up and ship it to me since I live in Az. I stand there with credit card in hand whilst another patron walks in and begins to ask questions about a laptop upgrade. The salesman walks away from me and begins to tend to him for a significant amount of time. So I decided to walk away. I will give my business to another vendor. Clearly my purchase was not that important. Trust the laptop query was more money and profit for them. Upadte: Devin, followed up and provided outstanding customer service. Thank you for your prompt and professional response. T
Bought my 3080TI from them at the old location for pretty much MSRP. Went to look for a new 4000 series card and it looks like they are now scalping prices. Can't review their builds, but it just seems like they over price everything now.
This shop has been a blessing for me as someone doing their first custom hard loop water cooled pc. A friendly bunch with a ton of knowledge!
I wish that my wife had just purchased through PC Gamerz Hawaii, I practically begged her to. Before I knew about the store, I had gone through a pretty rough time with a brand new other computer from another store that kept breaking on me, so when I saw that there was a local shop, that obviously knew what they were doing, I vowed I would buy my next PC there. When She was in the market I showed her PC Gamerz but she balked at the price...she went with someone else. I spent the difference today fixing the computer that was "cheaper". At first I thought the store was a little dark, but then duh, people go in there to play games and no one likes screen glare. My wife's PC is back up and running again in no time and is now working better than it ever has due to the tweaks that they do to all computers as a standard. I was impressed by the store, it felt like years of dedicated hard work had gone into building a small local business and I will purchase the next PC that my house needs from Devin and his team. Edit: I was able to upgrade to a PC build by Devin and his team on Christmas Eve, and it has been a dream come true. I felt kind of bad going in on Christmas Eve, and I felt worse because Devin was up way passed his bedtime putting the finishing touches on it... but he was the one who had a stupid sale on Christmas Eve. Why am I writing a review almost a month later? Because I have been either gaming on this beast, sleeping or working and only until tonight did I get to a point where I had the time to jam out a quick review. Having a 3060 ti screaming through all of my games has been one of the coolest experiences ever, I've installed old games just to see and...like I said, I've been playing a lot of games. I've barely touched CyberPunk because it is supposed to be heavily patched over the next year and I have plenty to do until they do what they are going to do to it, but seeing it on ultra settings on a nice gaming monitor is a thing of beauty with a 3000 series card. Knowing that it was built up the street from where I live, knowing that if there is any issue with it I can just make a call or walk in, those are two really awesome things that make this whole experience better. I didn't think having a glass case and a bunch of rgb would be as cool as it is, but it absolutely has an effect on the fps output, I'm pretty sure that I am getting all of the fps; and it is cool to just look at; a super nerdy fishbowl if you willDevin, I didn't put it in a closet or on the floor, too pretty, I made it work It ain't cheap, but good things are not cheap, but I would pay it again, and likely will when this thing ages out in like 5+ years.
Brought half my own parts and bought the rest from them as well as having them build it. Build came out great just as they and I pictured it. A year and a half later, I was running into some issues, so because I had them build it they offer tech warranty with it for the life of the build. It was completely worth, they logged into teamviewers and did their thing, 2 days later no issues!
ASUS laptop Screen Replacement - Usually do these myself but couldn't find a screen from a trusted sit and didn't have the time. Brought here Sept 12 dropped off, picked up on the 22nd. Looked over the internals to see if any damage/scratches were evident on teardown or assembly. everything looked perfect. body panels and hinge section no damage and work great. screen is 100% and works with no issues. Wish google would have returned theses guys as a "repair shop", might have had the laptop up and running long time ago. Fast, Friendly, and no BS.
These guys are the best they hooked me up and helped me fix my computer issues and it took them maybe 3 hours to complete put my old computer in a new case and give it some fan upgrades. Highly recommend and will be definitely be coming back!
