PC Tech Computer Store

My computer would turn on, but nothing would show on the screen, and I didn't know if it was a software or physical issue. I brought it to PC Tech and they charged me a fee of $35 to do a diagnostics (where they check what the problem is). They opened my computer and found that it was really dusty, and because of it "my memory card was affected and had to be changed." They say they called me to let me know and I didn't answer, so they went ahead and changed my memory card (though they didn't leave a voice mail). The whole thing ended up being $85 (including the $35 for the diagnostics. So it was $50 for the replacement and clean up). I compared prices online and a memory card for my hp ranged between $20-$60. There's no way for me to tell if they actually replaced the memory, or if it was just dusty, but I was very happy to have my computer back! At the end of the day that's what I wanted. I do hope I didn't lowkey get played, I don't think so, but you'll be the judge and decide whether or not you want to come here. They were really cool staff, and very knowledgeable! They make sure to explain the issue so that you can understand 👍🏽.

I bought my used iPhone 5c from these guys about a year and a half ago and it has been great! The guy Brian is straightforward, honest, and does a great job. Fantastic prices, in an atmosphere that makes you feel like they care about trying to help you out. In a world where it's hard to find good businesses anymore, this one stands out! Even waves the diagnostic fee if you choose to do the repair work. Small waiting area, small store in general, with limited parking, but I'm telling you: "don't go anywhere else" :-)

Cool place but i went to get my screen repaired and upon leaving the screen fell out. It was then again fixed and about 2 weeks later it fell out again and cracked. I called and asked kindly what could we do about the issue and i was told that it was my fault. I asked how come i was not informed that there would be a possibility that my screen would fall out again. I was told that there is nothing that they can do. I wasted my hard earned money.

They work really really well with HDMI for PS4 he works with you and I feel like the job is done right for the price gotta love PC tech I recommend to all
