Everyone who works at this company is a professional--very knowledgeable on every issue we've ever presented to them. They installed our new server, cleaned up and organized our network; fixed our Exchange issues; installed firewalls and anti-virus. They've worked on very complicated issues at our different locations and have been able to handle every single one of them. They don't waste time when they are on the clock. All of their recommendations for hardware and software have been 100% satisfactory.

I requested to order a server hosting plan over the phone to the receptionist, and I was put on hold for about 2 hours! But that was just the beginning. The hold time eventually expired and I never was called back. I even WENT to their building location. And they claimed that they didn't know I had called. But when they told me their server plans, I was outraged that they would even offer such a bloated price. In conclusion, I would consider the place worth JACK SQUAT! However, others may have had better experiences than me though I would DEFINITELY advise trying somewhere else. Regards, Mason
