PCHC - Warren Center for Speech and Hearing

It was as expected from past experiences. They were disrespectful of parental involvement and did not complete the hearing eval. You'll have to come back again, so we can check our results. BS. Poor quality as always. I would not give them a one star, except it will not post if I don't. After I worked with my son (who is blind) to respond, they wanted me to move aside, so a trained assistant could help with the test. I said, "no". I trained my son, he would not respond to another, especially on the first round of testing. I worked with him for 3 weeks so he could do the test. He responded wonderfully and did a great job. I am not happy! It was said that because I didn't allow their assistant, they had to retrain my son. What BS. I trained him to begin with. He did a great job! He would not have responded to someone else. How disrespectful of me and the work my son did. I believe they were angry because I am going to a well respected audiologist locally who fits folks for hearing aids. He works with my husband for his hearing loss. We understand hearing loss and I have a MS in Special Ed. K to 12 certification.
