The various options that PCS VoIP phones provide have made work life easier. Some of the employees such as Michael and Peggy go above and beyond in problem solving, their customer service makes our service with PCS an easy decision.

We are using year 2011 onwards PCSVOIP phones and E-Fax in our 3 Liberty Tax locations. Affordable monthly payment . Good customer service. UC client - Mobile Application and SMS are helping a lot to run our business.

PCS VOIP has been extremely helpful to my business. Since signing up for their service I have NOT missed one call thanks to their mobile app. Owning a landscaping business I spend 90% of the day out of the office, so for me it's essential to be able to use my cell phone as an extra business line. My company has been with PCS VOIP since 2010. A lot of VOIP Companies have great sales representatives that promise you all types of features and functionalities but simply can’t deliver the service promised. PCS technical support team goes out of their way to help you. For example, we were in the middle of an expansion move, and I was traveling on business when our new QOS router had just arrived, our administrator is not very technical, but we needed the router installed in order to meet our business needs. PCS technical support team drove 3 hours to install the router and configure our software with me on the phone! I enjoy working with PCS VOIP they go out of their way to help their customers. I don’t think of PCS as a phone company I think of them as our partner. They treat you like family!

PCS is simple flat rate that doesn't change...everything is included. Reports and "listen and whisper" features are "must have" for any company that sells and markets their products. Switched to them from so called VOIP with local company....cannot even compare on price and functionalities.

PCS VoIP is the first internet phone that we've had and we have not had any issues that haven't been promptly addressed and we love the personable one to one service. We would highly recommend them to other business owners.

They had a hard time getting all lines to work and route properly. What made it worse is that they never acknowledged all the issues we had and how it affected our business. Customer service or satisfaction is not on top of their list of priorities. I would advise to look at other companies that guarantee their work.

I love our new phone system. It's easy to program and if you ever have any question, their customer service is amazing and helpful!!
