Story

As a massage therapist, I combine thoughtful skill and passion to all my bodywork sessions. My primary aim is to help you achieve better balance and ease of movement by working with the connective tissue that gives you your shape. Utilizing techniques in myofascial release, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy and neuromuscular facilitation, each session is designed to help you achieve your wellness goals. Working with a global approach to the body, I look for and treat the lines of strain that often cause stress, pain or injury elsewhere in the body. Through my work, I educate and encourage improved self-awareness and greater mind-body integration.
Specialties

• myofascial release (I work with the connective tissue, or fascia, which envelopes every structure in the body. To free the fascia is to free your body),

• deep tissue (which really, is just a form of myofascial release, but is more widely recognized as a term - it does not mean deep pressure)

• craniosacral (which works your cerebrospinal fluid, skull and sacrum, which is the base of the spine)
