The customer service representative was very professional, helpful and patience but the insurance quoted was more than what I pay.

Higher prices then the internet. The representative stated it was because the internet doesn't do an accurate check of your driving history. Giving the customer an incorrect price and it could be lower or higher. Once you have payed what you thought was the correct pricing. The insurance company calls you or send you something letting you. Your premiums will go up our down on your next payments after paying online and getting a different quote online. So it's best to go with a representative. Instead of doing it my oweself online. I'm not sure so we shall see so far I've done my own insurance online. Got a much cheaper rate then a representative and I think; It's because they add in a Booker fee as travel agents do as well. Pretty Mitch we paying them to do the foot work. When we can just do it ourselves. I have to have pictures of my vehicle and the Vin# and send them back to my insurance company. Before the deadline date they gave me. If not done; Than they will raise my rates on my next payments going forward. I risk losing my cheap rate if not done and sent back. That makes more sense. Because when you go into am office to get insurance. The insurance agent comes out and do a walk around your car and check the Vin# as well. Signs off on it to say they seen the car and its not a liability to the company giving you insurance. And if the car is a liabilty the insurance rate goes up. Period, So it made sense to me.

Peachstate Insurance office is great. I had the pleasure of working with Meagan, who was extremely prompt in getting back to me and answered all my questions about an umbrella policy. She also gave me great direction on my homeowner's insurance policy, which is with another company and cannot be covered by Peachstate Insurance. A!

Great experience, Came out better than expected. Customer service was awesome ! Answered all my questions and got me insured. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Experience in the Decatur location was awesome! I came in on the 18th and some with Ms. Sharnetta, told her I was coming back on May 27 to purchase the policy. And she gave me a better quote then before..

Haven't even got insurance with them yet , but I'm definitely going next week quote was great and affordable, customer service was good ! Just wish yull accept acct and routing number because i have the funds in my acct I just don't have my new debit card yet lol......

Have to say the ladies were super friendly and helpful. Even though I chose to keep the company Im currently with.. at the end they still were very friendly. Thanks guys for all your help.
