Peachtree Center

Great place to eat and get to the train. It is connected to many of the hotels via a skywalk. This is a good place that has kid friendly food and more affordable food if you do not want to eat at the hotels. I just wish some of the places were open later.

It has a lot of food fast service restaurants. Does not have the stores we can expect according the place and the advice (50 said). It is acceptable.

the escalator is terrifying. I guess other people are used to it but it feels like you're going down about 5 stories and its straight down.

Blasted from the rock below Peachtree Center, this MARTA station has a unique appearance. The walls on either side of the platform are exposed rock and the ceiling has quasi-futuristic paneling running most of its length. The escalators are often broken, however MARTA is currently performing some renovations.

Really neat Metro stop with exposed rock (gneiss). Almost like walking in a cave or mine.
